Weight Management: In this workshop, the basic science of body shape and weight and eating habits will be explained. How to keep a natural shape and weight of the body without dieting, exercising, and eating habits, will be the main focus of the workshop. How to reduce weight with "slow eating habits" will also be explained. The participants will develope their own understanding of the body's natural shape and weight rather than depending upon outside programs and foods. A natural by-product of this workshop will be a natural management and reduction in stress and anxiety due to weight related issues.
